Absolutely awesome! One phone call and they were out in an hr! We had an issue with our nest thermostat battery dying and the tech from Phoenix Air fixed it in no time flat, it was wired incorrectly. While he was here he took a look at our filter and said it was time to change it, when I said we had some he changed it for me, tested everything and was out. We hired Phoenix Air to replace our air conditioning system and couldn't be happier with the results. Phoenix explained all of our options and were very patient with us until we made our decision. We had the new system for about 9 months now and it's working perfectly. We would highly recommend their services!
There is no such thing as 100% perfect installation record! Lets be realistic, stuff happens! Sometimes the expensive unit you got had a bug, or maybe a manufacturing issue. It happens in every industry. Cars, toasters and HVAC systems. It happened to me! When it does happen, that’s when you can really sort the great companies from the not so great ones.
