They have a "pain clinic" that never helped me. As a matter of fact, I was injured and they violated my privacy rights. I have filed a complaint with their corporate office and no one bothered to respond. These people do not care about humans
If you value your health DO NOT USE THIS MEDICAL GROUP. You can't talk to people, everything is done by text, and you're lucky if you get a response. I endured this group for about 2years and changed insurance carriers so that I could use someone else as a PPC doctor. Trust and believe, the last 2yrs was a nightmare.
The nurse assistant becomes argumenetitive. On her way out the door, she murmured that I should get out. And then closing the door she said to the person at the desk "did you hear that conversation." I opened the door and confronted her for her behavior. The nursing practioner was not at all interested in addressing her assistant's unprofessionalism and potential of having to violate my rights, but inviting a coworker to gossip about me.
