Owner Juan cut my hair. He did NOT listen or give me the style I selected from his style book. I've never worn my hair this short and I hate the cut; he gave me a man's hair cut. He left a hole in the back of my head and tried to cover it up by cutting my hair even shorter. Juan you've lost a client.
