Incompetent, Uncaring, and Truly the Worst Management Ever I wish I could give this place zero stars. The manager here, Gigi, is the epitome of unprofessional, indifferent, and incompetent management. From the moment this team took over, it was a complete disaster. They fired all the previous staff with no knowledge of existing leases or contracts. They didn't even know I was a tenant as they did not have a copy of my lease.
