Both check in persons talk to patients aroun10 or eleven min. With a line of 5 patience waiting to check in i was the next to check in and the reception to me I was late and appointment canceled. I told her I was not she did not care nor afford and apologize. I did not see a doctor. Bad bad services!!!!!!

I’m using my husbands page but I recently was released from here to be put in the lobby . It’s 10pm . I was allowed to turn off one waiting room light to try and sleep and soon enough the tall lanky security guard came in SCREAMING spit flying about me turning off the light making me feel very unsafe he even walked up towards me like he wanted to hit me . Very very scary . One star
They are the worst at customer service and they do know how to talk to you. I sat there 7 hours and wasn’t seen and asking questions got me NOWHERE.. why is their building so big but, you have to wait 6 hours for a room?????
My personal experience at this hospital was the worst. Patients are out of control and most of the staff were focused the drama. Real Patients of Albany season 1. Aside from that the staff was ok.
