I really can't give the 8th floor head nurse as he call himself. About one or two nurses was nice. But two of them was compulsive liars. I can't forget hearing the head nurse stating I was loud and yelling. He had one of the male nurse put me in a barehug and pulling my hair out. I can't forget it. I can't. They was very nasty. He told the security officer to come downstairs and tell me that I am not to return to this hospital unless I was admitted in. Only God knows I will not go to phoebe for this reason. Excellent service, nurses, staff, food! Went to the er, had surgery, stay for a day! Floor 6 is the real deal amazing off the chart staff!
Just wanted to say thank you to Willa, Hannah, and everyone else on the 6th floor and everyone in L&D.
Phoebe is a Great hospital I feel! Taking care of their staff and also their families while they are there. They do not have much time to manage all of them but do the their best!
