I was misdiagnosed here. I was told I had a sinus infection. I went to the emergency room the following day because I couldn't swallow. Come to find out I had thyroiditis. Do not recommend!
I recently visited Phoebe Northwest Urgent Care and had a very positive experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were courteous and efficient. The wait time was reasonable for a walk-in clinic — I was seen in about 30 minutes. The medical staff, including the nurse and the provider, were attentive, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Prompt, professional, friendly
My wait time was 15 minutes or less. The triage nurse, Erika/PA, CNA, Phyllis were courteous, attentive, knowledgeable. My questions were answered. Great staff!
I really appreciate the generous response and support of the staff at the time of my visit, even the follow up call after my visit.
