I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Phoebe Pulmonology today. Having worked as a Certified Medical Assistant for over 20 years, I know firsthand how essential clear communication and respectful customer service are in a clinic setting. When a provider is out unexpectedly, front-desk staff must ensure patients are promptly updated and rescheduled. I like every provider I have seen at Phoebe Pulmonology. I have 2 NPs and NY doctor. They all listen to me and my questions.
Dr. Watson takes the time needed to explain things to ky father and I. I really appreciate the care he has shown.
The entire staff was amazing. Dr. Ungarino spent ample time with us explaining every step in great detail. The nurses and staff were very friendly and took their time to make sure we fully understood everything. Thank you, Dr. Ungarino and staff for EXCELLENT service and attention to detail!
