My experience with Phoebe Pulmonology is always very pleasant, positive and productive. The Physician and staff are very friendly, helpful and Professional. They listen to you with Care and I don't feel rushed. They give me the time and Care I need for my healthcare. I'm so Thankful to have Phoebe Pulmonology as my Physician.
Dr. Palazzolo is an excellent doctor. I have used him for atlest 30 years. He's seen me through being heavy having to use a BiPAP machine, oxygen 24 hours a day, bad asthma to losing enough weight that I no longer use the BIPAP, Oxygen inhalers rarely. He took excellent care of my middle sister who died of breast cancer in 1995. That's why when I started having issues I wanted the best. His personality is heart warming and he has an infectious personality that is overwhelming.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Phoebe Pulmonology today. Having worked as a Certified Medical Assistant for over 20 years, I know firsthand how essential clear communication and respectful customer service are in a clinic setting. When a provider is out unexpectedly, front-desk staff must ensure patients are promptly updated and rescheduled.
