Awesome Doctor, Doctor Collins
Dr Ungarino and Amber Sapp, NP, are amazing! They are both very personable and kind. They attentive and listen; most importantly, they have the same desire as the patient – to provide a remedy and relief so the patient is able to live the best life possible. I am writing to express my frustration with today’s appointment. I arrived on time, yet 15 minutes had already passed without being seen. When I asked the front desk about the delay, I was told, “the doctor is always late.” Another staff member minimized my concern by saying, “it’s only been 15 minutes.” However, my time is also valuable. I had a great appointment with Holly Azimi, NP in the Pulmonology department at Phoebe. This was my first visit as I am getting established since moving to Albany. She was great, super proactive and informative. Glad that she will be my new healthcare provider for this area of medicine.
