I am writing to express my frustration with today’s appointment. I arrived on time, yet 15 minutes had already passed without being seen. When I asked the front desk about the delay, I was told, “the doctor is always late.” Another staff member minimized my concern by saying, “it’s only been 15 minutes.” However, my time is also valuable.
