I scheduled my appointment for my visit on 12/4/2025 over one month before the set visit. I was sent confirmation by both email and text message. Upon arriving at my appointment 50 minutes early I signed in and then was called to window 2 to be checked in. At which time I was told that they had moved me to Dr. Bergrabs waiting list and that I could not see a doctor for my scheduled visit. I moved to South GA after Hurricane Helene took my homw. I didn't think I would find a doctor's office as good as I had in Tampa Bay but I sure did. Anbd UI really like Dr Bradwell and the two other doctors who I have seen when I had primary visits. Dr Wells & Dr Doad (I think- from memory)-
My provider was excellent she listen to all my concerns ..
Dr. Garcia is a wonderful doctor. She is very smart. She is caring and answers all questions and concerns. She is always be my doctor now. Love her
The WORST clinic for refills. Find ANOTHER clinic, if you don't want this situation
