The plastic surgeon there is great.
One of my implants had leaked. I went to see if the Dr could just withdraw saline from the other to make them asymmetrical. She said she could, but the insurance wouldn't pay. I had to pay for the procedure, before I could make the appointment. I did. Apparently, they also tried to bill the insurance. The insurance paid, but ultimately, took back the payment.
