Went here every 6 months for 2.5 years. Then Dr. Young runs an EMG on my right leg(I expressed that I stagger and fall to the left). The test was run by Dr. Martel which was a good experience. She found a problem. I tried to Dr. YOUNG to call me about results. She refused to call and said in her professional opinion it was normal. Never will I ever return.
Very nice at first appointment Wednesday July 29 and my son was prescribed a medication and we followed instructions and he had a very bad reaction to prescribed meds and caused a rage went to Er who contacted neurologist and was prescribed same medication with an added medication . Can’t get testing done until August 31, called back with concerns of reaction to medication and no one answers phone and there is no concern for my son and we feel that the professionals do not care and are not concerned with us , so frustrating ... read more
This place is a joke l, and the people that work there do not have a single clue about what they are doing. They can not even keep the charts straight. They had ours mixed up with another ok patient. Unreal.
The staff here should all be fired. And the doctors here should be reviewed my the medical board. Worst experience. I've been seen there three times, but have yet to be SEEN or HEARD. Doctors do not listen, staff is rude, and if you have a problem, rest assured that they will think you are the problem. Patients are not problems. And oh the irony that Dr. Young is a neurologist but allows everything to get on her NERVES. Looks like you are on the wrong side of the table, Dr. Young.
