The staff is very friendly and courteous. Love the doctors! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
This place is ridiculous. Waited 5hrs first appt. Was not taken seriously. Waited and waited at my 2nd appt. After 1.5hrs I asked how much longer they kept saying the dr was behind schedule. This place is a joke. No since of time management. Even if they take time with patients, then don't schedule so many. I will be looking for a new Dr office.
My appointment today was with Dr. Bozzorg. What a difference he made. Kind, attentive, listened, shared information, very knowledgeable.
My experience at this neurology office was traumatic from start to finish. It was so bad that I had to get the Phoebe ethics and compliance team involved. I first saw Stephanie, who dismissed my symptoms, told me I did not have MS, and suggested I see a psychiatrist. This was not only insulting but dangerously wrong — my MRI and spinal tap both later confirmed MS.
