My appointment today was with Dr. Bozzorg. What a difference he made. Kind, attentive, listened, shared information, very knowledgeable.
My experience at this neurology office was traumatic from start to finish. It was so bad that I had to get the Phoebe ethics and compliance team involved. I first saw Stephanie, who dismissed my symptoms, told me I did not have MS, and suggested I see a psychiatrist. This was not only insulting but dangerously wrong — my MRI and spinal tap both later confirmed MS. The staff is AWFUL...especially the nurse for my doctor, can't get a call back or anything, but my doctor was nice. I need a clearance for my surgery, and the staff won't even return the call to the doctor performing the surgery!!!!!
The staff not totally organized, but the doctor was nice.
