I was 15 minutes late for an appointment I had already had to push back 4 days; an appointment which would be the first after a weeklong hospital stay. Without question, any concern for details on the situation, or any attempt to be personable I was told it had been marked as a no show and would have to be rescheduled. I sure hope 15 minutes wouldn’t have been the extent of the attention I was to receive during my appointment.
