We can’t recommend Phoebe enough! She is a joy to work with and went above and beyond in all areas. Being in town for a couple of days, Phoebe set up and showed us 20 properties in one afternoon and was tirelessly positive throughout the whole experience. Phoebe is the absolute best! We bid on a townhouse while we were in Az. and it didn’t pan out for us. After we went home to Ohio she left us know another one would be available two doors down. We then found two others on Zillow and she did video walk-throughs with us of all three and sent pics. and when we found what we wanted she did a lot of the legwork which really helped since we were out of state.
