Pho is a wonderful little family owned restaurant that has fantastic soups,rice dishes as well as other authentic Vietnamese dishes!!! I'm surprised to hear that the older women was rude. I believe there is a language barrier that may have been misinterpreted.
Woman that runs the place is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. She walked away in the middle of my order rolling her eyes and didn't even say "may I take your order" to my girlfriend just looked at her and yelled "Order!" So rude I can't even begin to describe. Never go here. Pho isn't even good. Go to Pho 99 or Pho Boston instead.
The pho is decent but not worth the terrible customer service. The woman running the place rolls her eyes at you and mumbles things in Vietnamese while your order. You'd think after giving her as much business as I do she wouldn't be so rude. She even walked away in the middle of my order once rolling her eyes. Sometimes she just stares at you until you order instead of asking for your order. The only thing she'll say (or should I say yell) is "order!" very rude. Great food. Service can be on the slow side, though. Not a problem if you're in no hurry.
