In my personal opinion, Pho Today offers the best Pho in Jacksonville. The service is superior and the staff is attentive to their customers needs. The ambience is rather inviting and the decor is up to date. Best Pho I've ever had.... My boyfriend & I went there one night because it sparked MY interest and we're happy to say we will be permanent customers. I wish the location was closer to us, but it's worth the drive (I'll be there at least once a month) ;]
