As I'm sitting here, it's been 50 minutes and I am JUST NOW getting my drinks. To recap my overall experience, service has been TERRIBLE. I was originally told it would be about 20 minute wait then was seated immediately along with a party of 6 right behind us. After sitting and waiting, 3 other tables were sat and serviced BEFORE we were. At the 30 minute wait, I had to go up to the counter to place my drink and food order. The lady said "oh wow have you been neglected?" And followed with "I'll have your drinks right out!" ... read more

My family and I love this pho place in Jax. Food is always consistent. But I will say the service here is your typical Asian restaurant.... no "thank you" and they give my daughter the check!
This place is the biznezz if you like Pho and used to the authentic version of it! Its Always amazing and the prices are reasonable
The shrimp and pork salad rolls and the rare beef pho are incredibly good!!!
Standard level of quality as you would find in a Jacksonville pho restaurant with the exception; the food comes in very nice portions and the broth is not overly seasoned. the whole place feels like a very family-oriented establishment I enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere very much. If your on Southside near Tinseltown pho today is a place to go.
