Best bubble tea in Kitsap with perfectly prepared boba, and the food is consistently amazing too. The owners and staff are delightful as well. Love this place!

Great food and excellent service. They put a lot of thought and care into the menu at T&N. Joe not only serves great food but he takes the time to explain why he chose it, what region of Vietnam the dish is from and how you should eat it to maximize the experience. The current braised pork belly dish is AMAZING!
