Recommended by our son during our visit from St. Louis. He's been here before and said it was a must do, so we did and boy was it great! The Pho's were all wonderfully seasoned and we had fun figuring out what spices were used to prepare the broth. The appetizers, summer rolls with pork and shrimp + the garlic, butter chicken wings really set the meal up for the Pho to finish out the meal. We have 2-3 favorite restaurants to visit when we come in, and this one made the list.
Best pho on the peninsula if not the state. Good food, great service. If you haven't tried it here, you are missing out!
Food has always been excellent here. Today we had the pho with chicken and stir fried beef with lemongrass. I ordered the small size pho as it is a very generous portion. Lots of white meat chicken and broth is flavored with a spice I can't name but is exotic and delicious. Beef was excellent and the spiceyness is subtle but catches up to you.
Delicious food, and the personal is excellent! Of course I definitely come back any time!
A stop (or two) at Pho T&N is a must every time I visit Poulsbo from San Diego. Delicious food and fantastic service !!
