Pho (pronounced "fuh") is a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup. It start with a carefully seasoned beef broth that is slow-simmered overnight. The broth is ladled over thin, flat rice noodles and then topped with meats and garnishes. Pho can be eaten at any time of day-Just don't forget the hoisin sauce and Sriracha!
