Ordered my food to go and they forgot a lot of things got 2. Number 10s and the egg rolls and yakisoba...spent about 45$ and they gave us the wrong egg rolls it was spring rolls instead and the yakisoba was just drenched in oil....I use to cook here and was just very disappointed when the order was incorrect and poorly made....cmon pho rancho get back on the horse and cook properly and get your front of the house together they need way better training.!
So I called and placed an order over the phone, arrived to pick up my order and was told the food was never made. Sat and waited for my food to be made. Took the food home, and while I was opening my items it seemed to me the portions were not correct and some items were missing from one of the entrées. So I decided to call and ask to talk with the manager and doing so she said she was sorry but did nothing further to fix what mistakes were made, but only offered a discount on the next visit.
