My family and I have been going to Pho Nom Nom for many years and I have never been more disappointed with their services. But today was the worst. My wife, two kids, and I arrived at 10:00am only to wait 30 minutes for them to open and they never did! I stood by the door with my two year son and the person inside looked at me and went straight to the back. We finally left 10:35 because as I mentioned earlier they never opened. Of the many pho places in Rockville, this one is by far the best. They make a great bahn mi too.
Food is excellent.....however when attempting to order via phone I received a recording that you weren't taking callas and that your VM is full.

Went there today, ordered a BM1, after I ordered and paid, as it was to go, they said they were out of the meat for it, I changed it to BM5. Over the course of this exchange I had mentioned twice when first ordering for “no spicy” and specifically no jalapeños nor spicy mayo. I also mentioned it a third time when my order changed for no spicy. And what do I find when I open my banh mi? Jalapeños. The food tastes good, but messing up the order ruins it, not to mention the time I had raw chicken in my banh mi.
This is the 1st place I have found that has delicious Hu Tieu!
Two grands and I enjoyed pho plus spring rolls and delicious dessert drinks. Friendly staff, generous servings and reasonably priced menu.
Best pho around! Love the Thai tea bubble tea too!!
