Knowing good authentic Vietnamese food. The Pho at this place is top notch. I would highly recommend.
Chicagoan here...visited this past Saturday after visiting the market for the 1st time. The staff was very nice and we had an option of sitting inside or outside. The food did not disappoint us, I only wish I had ordered a large soup to take some on the road with me. The sandwhich had an amazing flavor. I ate the noodles as the very rare and thinly sliced beef brisket in the Pho (soup) finished cooking in the hot broth. The freshly cut jalapeno peppers slowly spiced my Pho hotter and hotter as I ate. It was a dynamic experience, more of a song than a soup.
I think most Cincinnatians already know this, but this is the BEST Vietnamese dining in the tri-state. My favorite is the lemon grass chicken bun with a little Sriracha, but the chicken Banh Mi is also very tasty. My wife absolutely loves the Pho. She says it's the best she has ever had. I don't eat red meat so I will take her word for it. My only negative is they don't serve durian smoothies which I am obsessed with and have ordered at other Vietnamese restaurants. A++
Amazing food. Service could have been better. We went later on in the afternoon so they weren't busy but the server was rarely around overall I'll definitely be back for more pho. Probably the best in cinci
