Best Pho ever and atmosphere is amazing
How the fuck do you slow cook beef broth for 20 hours, add flavors and noodles, serve it with all kinds of herbs and sauces, and still produce a meal so bland it would be sent back to the kitchen in a retirement home? Also the rubber cement you make your meatballs put of may be going bad, because they were almost as chewy as my girlfriend's chicken.
As someone with celiac disease, there as so many gluten free options available! I can't get enough of the Pho Ga. I drive over 35 miles one way just to get here because I love this place so much. If you are a coffee lover you definitely need to give the iced coffee a try, it's wonderful!
What can I say about PLT? I love this place and think they have the best pho and the best bahn mi sandwiches in the city (which isn’t hard because in the greater Cincinnati area I can only think of maybe five or fewer pho places in the Tri-state area) but they can hold their own against any pho place that I’ve been to. My favorites are the pho with brisket or the rare steak, but holy crap the bbq pork sandwich (made with thinly sliced bbq pork belly) is a thing of beauty.
