Went there and the hostess sat us at a dirty table and didn't bother to wipe it down. Also waited 20 minutes for our server to come greet us, take our order... Nothing.. Wasn't even that busy...We walked out! Never going back...
My wife is from Hawaii and the Pho Factory reminds her of the food she ate while growing up in Hawaii. Right now, the Pho Factory is our favorite restaurant :-)

The phone factory consistently has delicious food. I have had the seafood photo twice, spicy pho, and chicken pho.
