This place is without a doubt the absolute worst vietnamese food place I have ever had. I expected low quality vietnamese food in the US, but this place really exceeded expectation. Instant pho is 10 times better than this place. Everything about the food is bad. The noodle was not fresh, the veggies and spices were all wrong, the broth was basically salty water, the meat was the wrong cut and low quality. The only reason this place have 4 stars is people in the US have absolutely no taste buds.

The meat in the banh mi and rice plate was so dry and tough.

I seen a lot of people complain that the broth was too salty but after trying out a few of their dishes I'd say everything was perfectly fine :)

I accept the recent price increases, but it is clear the restaurant has begun intentionally removing essential components from the to-go Pho orders. I observed today that the takeout preparation is distinctly different from the in-store orders, confirming this is a deliberate policy change, not a mistake. This reduction in value makes the higher cost frustrating. The broth and meat were satisfactory, but the to-go version is now incomplete.
