Clean, quick, tasty, pure.
The broth is deep and flavorful unlike watered down pho broth in other places. Wow, as a Vietnamese I have had real good pho like this for a while. The staff is extremely kind and helpful with any requests that I have. Top underrated pho place in Seattle!
I’ve been coming to Pho Cycle for lunch pretty regularly since I started working at Amazon two years ago, so it’s honestly disappointing to see how much the quality has declined while the prices have continued to go up. The broth has become really inconsistent—sometimes it’s good, other times it’s noticeably off. The noodles are also often undercooked.
