RecommendedImpulse drop-in for lunch after seeing the restaurant on the way to an errand. Quick service, reasonable prices, and my Pho was delicious. Only thing I can say is that I ordered a large but was served a regular. I was charged for what I was served, though. I'm not downtown near their location very often, but will definitely remember them if I'm having a Pho craving or have one of my occasional errands in that direction.
