We arrived, not a person there. Took 45 min to get our food. It appeared they tried to be authentic but lacked the proper items to create the dishes. Pho was made with wrong noodles, they gave a English table spoon to eat with. Spring rolls were made with only lettuce and shrimp, no saucers for hoisin sauce. The space is way disorganized for seating.

Good place for a nice relaxed lunch. Pork noodle bowl and the spring rolls are a must try.
I've been here several times since they opened....NEVER have I had anything but FRESH veggies and freshly prepared! Sue and her staff are super friendly and will adjust the food to your liking. Just ask! The other day I had the Noodle bowl with pork and asked for less noodles and a bit more veggies, of course said the cook! It was wonderful!

Sad to say they used angel hair pasta in the Pho' AGAIN.�
I had the rice bowl with shrimp and it was perfect. The jasmine rice was fantastic. I'll eat there again definitely.
I can't say enough good things about Pho 8! Amazing staff & food! I would eat there daily if I could!
