Solid pho, plus it came out extremely fast and the place seems clean. Would happily try other things there. The worst part was the noodles: not great but ok given that it’s a casual and fast spot; the noodles were almost exclusively short and there were few long ones, perhaps overcooked and they fell apart.
Amazing pho. Owner and management is very, very generous and kind. One of the places where they load up the portions and make you feel at home.
Started off with a dry greeting, followed by immediate pay, no I did not tip. The older man was not happy about it. Wasn’t even offered water. The soup really didn’t seem fresh, the bean sprouts looked old, the experience altogether was not enjoyable, which I am glad I did not tip. Pretty mid experience. Food was ok. They were out of "that." Probably won't return.
