Very happy with this new out-to-dinner choice here in the desert- like everything about it - great vibe, great cocktails, and the food was fabulous!
It was one of the best dinners in Palm Springs. Vietnamese and French fusion foods were created with the freshest ingredients. Simply delicious!!!

We have been fortunate to have been to Vietnam �, the food that they serve is as close to anything we have ever tried. Always fresh tasting. Staff is friendly and very well informed. Although I love it here and just wrote a great post Ian is 100% accurate. Measured poor and the bartender turns his back to u as he makes the drinks. The pours r pitiful. Many of my friends have said exactly what Ian stated. Tropicale makes drinks the right away and in front of the guest. Having spent 30+ years in the restaurant industry booze is one of the most profitable items in a bar/restaurant. No need to short pour. You will still make profit in the bar sales.
First time here, and I was pleasantly surprised at how cool and fun the atmosphere and decor was inside the restaurant! Outside it looked like it might not even be open, then you walk into a lively crowd, happy, friendly staff. Thought I'd try the guava mojito to start.. it was very good, very guavish.
