My dental filings have not been scheduled since February. None of my calls are returned, or answered. Penn would rather experiment on us than treat us like human beings. This is like a colonial hospital.
The doctor is great. The office is a disaster. Over a year and they can’t get the diagnosis codes corrected with LabCorp despite promises they will contact them. We had to pay for covered tests out of pocket so our credit wasn’t ruined with bills going to collection!
