Not a resident but I live close by the reviews seem to tell the truth. Everyone is saying the same thing. It does not look like the concerns are really addressed.
"I've been living here for 3 years, and it has had its pros and cons. Recently, I transferred to a smaller apartment. The leasing office responded to my transfer promptly. After I got all moved in, everything was going well with no complaints. However, a couple of months went by, and there were car break-ins. Love my place! Love the new exterior paint job! Love management! Maintenance is very very slow. I had to buy my own kitchen faucet and pay a plumber. The office did reimburse me for the plumber. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY FED EX ISN'T ALLOWED TO DELIVER HERE? I learned the hard way after furniture kept being sent back to the manufacturer as undeliverable even though they had the gate code. And what is Fetch? We pay $15 a month for this service. Who are they partnering with if they aren't "fetching" my fedex??? I have to update m... read more
Very spacious apartments and the community is very well maintained. Kimmy, Connie, Nick and the rest of the stuff are amazing. Lived here for a year and absolutely love it!!!
