Nice guy seems like he knows his stuff. My biggest complaint is that they collect co-pays before the doctor sees you. Since billing is based on complexity of the service offered, these co-payments are estimates. It seems like it pulls for up coding. I have no problem paying after the doctor sees me just like any other service. Would you pay your mechanic before they service your car?
