PLEASD READ! Warning! I have been renting a studio here since October, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating. Based on what I’ve experienced so far, I would not recommend living here. To start, the leasing process was very misleading. The leasing agent emailed me saying he didn’t know which mailbox was assigned to me and that he would get back to me. Utilities are "included". Landlord didn't pay the water bill. Steer clear. Cheap rent does provide enough incentive to deal with everything else that comes negatively. Property management never responds, loud neighbors, police, no parking, garbage pilled up, the list goes on and on.

Impossible open the windows this summer , all the time you have the smell of smoke, garbage ,noises of dogs, Zero attention from property management ,expensive rents for small size , arbórean property manager its worst to the last one
