I had a really disappointing experience at this truck. The line was a bit disorganized, but I found the end of it and waited behind some people. When it looked like it was finally my turn, the staff member called out a couple of drink pickups, so those customers stepped forward. I walked up at the same time to place my order, and he even acknowledged me. The truck serves the best coffee (and tea) in the city. You line up to order, wait to be called up to a window to place your order, and then you pay at the last window (towards the front of the truck). Depending on the time of day it may take 5 or more minutes to get your coffee because they make one cup at a time using the pour over method, which results in a delicious and strong cup of coffee. We've been buying our coffee at the truck for many years, rain or shine, and that's because Greg and his team are terrific.
