I’m really disappointed with my experience at Philz Coffee. I’ve never tried them but saw they were on too good to go and figured I’d give it a shot. I arrived on time, but due to there being no parking available, I was literally one minute late walking up to the door. The door was still open when I got there, but instead of helping me, the employee told me she couldn’t assist me and shut the door in my face. Horrible customer service. Will not be returning.
I appreciate the friendly service at this location, especially from Frank! He helped me out when it was my first time there and he was helpful and recommended a drink when I didn't know what to order. He recommended the honey haze and it tasted great!
