Doesn't accept cash, rude barista
I ordered at 2:30pm and waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks. It wasn’t busy at all. I didn’t mind that I had to wait a bit, but then a couple who ordered their drinks after us got their drinks before I did. I asked the lady about the status of my drinks and she said she’ll let me know when they’re ready. Good thing I didn’t leave a tip.
Drinks just aren't great. Not terrible but pretty meh. Ordering process/menu is a bit confusing. I've only been here since they were bought out by private equity so maybe the drinks have declined from what they once were. The drinks I've gotten here have been nothing special, though, and are also expensive for what you get. There's no shortage of coffee in the area, so I'm just not sure why you'd ever come here over somewhere else.
