I’m very torn about the food hygiene at this location, specifically regarding the pastries. I can see the flies on the pastries and bagels. I mentioned it to the staff and they were incredibly receptive about my feedback. I’m sad to say management has chosen aesthetics over proper food hygiene. I sincerely hope they adjust their practices. Until then I’ll eat only sealed foods, but it calls into question the rest of their hygiene practices. The service was fantastic! I went in to get a Green Tea and they happened to be out. I drink lattes and was surprised that they weren't available. I did purchase two wonderful pour over coffees.
Went thrice this last month Current baristas are the worst I’ve seen on the west coast Also extremely slow service 30 mins before I just cancelled my order since it hadn’t even started If you’re expecting this Philz to match your other Philz taste or speed, think again
So no Latte, just coffee with hot milk. 🤔 New concept to deviate from fudu coffee drinks. What is interesting is they charge you a surcharge for employees healthcare? Hum, why don’t the company pay for it? Nobody pays for my healthcare.
