Today, October 19th, I went to Philz to pick up a coffee I ordered online. My order confirmation said it would be ready by 9:50 a.m. When I arrived, it wasn’t ready, so I waited and asked the barista, Sabrina — the app showed she was making my drink, but she told me the two guys on the right were handling it instead. After waiting another 10 minutes with no name called, I asked a tall male barista if my drink was ready. He said it had been “sitting there” the whole time.
