DO NOT RECOMMEND...went in for front brake pads. I asked Tommy beforehand if he would be able to reset the computer so the brake notification would stop coming up. He said it is generally the sensor, but if he has to reset it, he will. I was given an estimate of $263 and told to drop it off on Saturday. I dropped it off, then I received a call from Tommy. I’ve been a customer of Phil’s Service Center for about five years, drawn to its family-owned charm and Phil’s personal touch. Sadly, Phil no longer owns the shop, and the change in ownership has been a letdown. While the mechanic appears knowledgeable and eager to assist, the new management’s poor oversight hinders their ability to deliver quality service.The welcoming, honest atmosphere that once defined this shop is gone. Without Phil at the helm, I’m unlikely to return.

Unhappy found out by going to another service center did not change the part did not change the filter very disappointed, not the first time also, they do not do their own inspection. They go to their friend who charges cheaper. They just increase it by 30 or $35. They don’t even do it. They say he goes to his other service center but they do not.

Very good service
