Just called the guy. Tried to tell him my problem and see if he could help me out. I couldn't get a word in edgewise. Every time I began telling the man the problem he interrupted me. So rude.
I’m sure they don’t need more business, but Phil is the best. 12 out of 10 would recommend. Took my beloved 1995 F-150 (Henry) to them w no appointment for radiator leak…moving out of state later that week. Had it replaced and a new serpentine belt the next day…very reasonable. Phil was friendly and communicative…just great old school service.
I am from Franklin, TN, and I was visiting family in Blairsville, GA. I needed to find a mechanic in a flash. My daughter's pickup was running very poorly and needed attention. I called Phil, explained the situation, and he took me right in. He knew I was in a jam on time, and that my daughter needed the vehicle fixed in order to accomodate her travel to school. I honestly wouldn’t even leave one star for this place. They are over priced, take WAY too long to fix simple things just so they can charge you extra labor hours, and not even consistent with when they are open. Supposed to be open until 5:30 on a Tuesday…get there at 5:10 and could tell they had been long gone. You always hear about staying local to help out the “small” business…not if it means paying double the price with poor service!
