I'm giving this place 2 stars, and honestly, that's only because the owner, Phil, was professional and tried to make things right. The whole reason I’m even writing this review is because of his employee, Alex, who turned what should’ve been a simple repair into a stressful, frustrating mess. I had a bad water pump and called Thursday — Alex told me to bring the car in that day for an inspection.
