I can't imagine purchasing a non Toyota vehicle. We keep going back. Also don't think there is a better, more professional or graceful salesperson than Shelly Beckett. (Sorry guys). She loves her job and making customers happy. She does not play games. She will give you facts and she knows them. She is patient and pleasant. She's like a really good friend by the time you sign. We are proud and grateful to do business with this lady. She's tops and you will think so too! Thank you, Shelly.

Another great experience yesterday with Tabitha & the Philpott Service Techs! A/C in our 2011 F150 wasn't blowing; setup an early morning drop off the next day using convenient key drop. Tabitha followed up with a broken fan motor diagnostic and $366 estimate. We approved the work, but received a call later telling us that a HVAC computer update from Ford fixed the issue! Will never buy another vehicle from them again, I went in to buy a new vehicle and wasn't approved. I want to another Ford dealership and I was approved the same day. They didn't want to work with me or do any further work to get me into the vehicle I went in for. Sad part is I had established history with Philpott.
