I had a great microneedling appointment with Emma. It was one of the most thorough ones I have had and she explained what she was doing the whole time and was really good at explaining effects that can happen afterwards and why they do. A nice touch having a cooling mask on afterwards! Absolutely gorgeous spa as well!
