Very unprofessional practice . I was sent a random text asking for personal information from a number I did not recognized. I kindly asked them to reach back out on Monday during office hours calling me from the office number . They then proceed to call my phone 5 times while I am at work and give me attitude because I asked them to reach back out at a more appropriate time as it was now 4:30pm on a Friday and their office had already closed a half hour prior .
