Cait was a joy to work with from start to finish. As first time home buyers, she made the process smooth, explaining every step along the way and answering all of our questions. We had a bit of a rocky process with inspection issues and negotiations, but Cait navigated it with expertise. Her communication and initiative are phenomenal. I can't recommend her enough!
