I’d highly recommend this agency! My family worked with Michael Gordon to find an apartment in Philly. We only had one weekend to find the apartment because we moved in from out of town, so Mike set up a bunch of showings in a nice logical pathway through the neighborhood of interest. Michael Gordon was super helpful through my rental process!! He was very communicative and easy to work with.
Visited an apartment at 930 Pine st. What a dive, water leaking down walls, crumbling plaster on filthy rigs, rickety railings. Property is not maintained well and makes me think Philly living is not a landlord I would want despite the big portfolio of properties.
Michael was great to work with throughout our rental application process. He gave us helpful advice and was very responsive, which made everything feel smooth and straightforward. We really appreciated his guidance and would definitely recommend working with him!
