incredibly unresponsive when you have maintenance requests and i don’t trust they actually care about maintaining the properties or the livelihood of their residents. it’s been at least 2 weeks since i emailed about broken laundry machines.
Unfortunately I haven’t had the best experience with greater Philly management. This office does not answer calls and texts are directed directly to someone of the name of “Ken” who is rude and could care less about concerns within the units and general questions. I am so glad my lease ends in a week.
