We are at a loss to describe the genuine, sincere and caring from Jim. It was brought to our attention that a young cat, less than a year old cat had climbed more than 40 feet up a tree. A representative came by on 09/25/23 to give an estimate on removing a Crabapple Tree and possibly replacing it with something smaller and more manageable. To date, I've received nothing; no estimate, no call back. The level of professionalism I have encountered in my pursuit, in this particular industry as a whole, is questionable at best. Sadly it appears that Philly Tree is no different. Perhaps it's unreasonable for me to expect a response in at least 72 hours but at this point, Monday, October 16th will be a month.

Amazing, courteous, knowledgeable, affordable, highly skilled…..there were multiple power &phone lines, garage and other tress and plants which were carefully navigated. Not to mention the cleanup was thorough…we are thrilled with the service Philly Tree Cutters provided! Thanks guys!

Jim and his crew are great. They are professional, courteous, friendly and clean. They did a great job with trimming trees and hedge removal. Pricing was reasonable. When a few stumps remained after the hedge removal, Jim sent a crew member out the next day to quickly remedy the situation. Will definitely use them again for future projects and I would recommend them to anyone seeking professional arborist services.
