Philly PMG, Great Company, Landlord, maintenance is great !! The ladies, and management always takes care of requests right away! I have lived here for 21 years. Love this area Northern liberties, Stores everywhere, walking distance. Lots of Great Restaurants. Thanks Philly PMG! Sincerely A tenant
I really wish I would’ve researched this property management group before renting. No wonder they have one star on google. If I could give them zero I would. Not only are they unprofessional, they are inattentive and virtually unreachable. The first instance I had was in the winter time when my heater broke. I performed all maintenance (like they had asked me to). It took days for them to finally get back to me and send someone out to take a look at it. We were waiting to hear back about our security deposit. Update: we continue to call and email. Philly PMG charged us outrageous fees without cause and we were not returned the majority of our security deposit. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at this time. Update final: they are a nightmare company. They will keep essentially all of your security deposit, and will not care for the apartment properly while you live there. I recommend staying away from this property management group. Rude, do not respond or take concerns seriously. Will keep most if not all of your deposit claiming damages.
