Drove for an hour to tour an apartment and the realtor didn't show up. I tried to call and could only reach a receptionist who was as confused as I was. I was then told the realtor would not be coming, and that i drove a 2 hour round trip for nothing. Do not do business with this company
If you see PMG as the landlord for your desired listing…just keep scrolling. 2/3 of your security deposit will be gone for a cleaning fee and paint job even if you leave the place nicer than when you moved in. Customer service? Forget about it. A new person emails or texts you every other month. They will ask you if it’s ok to send the maintenance workers in for something you didn’t request. I really wish I would’ve researched this property management group before renting. No wonder they have one star on google. If I could give them zero I would. Not only are they unprofessional, they are inattentive and virtually unreachable. The first instance I had was in the winter time when my heater broke. I performed all maintenance (like they had asked me to). It took days for them to finally get back to me and send someone out to take a look at it. We were waiting to hear back about our security deposit. Update: we continue to call and email. Philly PMG charged us outrageous fees without cause and we were not returned the majority of our security deposit. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at this time. Update final: they are a nightmare company. They will keep essentially all of your security deposit, and will not care for the apartment properly while you live there. We had to fight tooth and nail to get anything back on our apartment after being good tenants. Avoid ... read more
