I currently rent in one of their Fishtown properties and have had a positive experience so far. Staff is friendly, easy to reach, and the building is well maintained.
I live in one of their Fairmount buildings and management has been responsive and professional. Maintenance requests are usually handled very quickly.
I had such a good experience with Philly PMG that I ended up recommending them to two friends, and they both rented through them as well. The process is easy, communication is great, definitely recommended. They have apartments available throughout philly.
I am limiting this review to my personal experience. I I am a current, but it’s very soon to be former tenant in one of the properties that’s managed by Philly PMG. ————I have experienced very serious ongoing concerns regarding property management responsiveness and handling of run of the mill tenant, safety and Habitability issues. I hope management improves communication and accountability.
I currently rent an apartment from them and regret it every day. My dryer caught on fire on 4 separate occasions and then when they finally replaced it months later they left my apartment trashed and the dryer not properly set up. I have dealt with broken sinks, workers entering my apartment without notice, my heat being “forgotten” to be turned on for a month and just overall poor customer service.
