I currently rent an apartment from them and regret it every day. My dryer caught on fire on 4 separate occasions and then when they finally replaced it months later they left my apartment trashed and the dryer not properly set up. I have dealt with broken sinks, workers entering my apartment without notice, my heat being “forgotten” to be turned on for a month and just overall poor customer service. I toured a unit on MONDAY 1/19/2026 and was actively pursuing an apartment through this property management company. After investing time and preparing for the move, the unit was rented out without any notice or communication.While I understand rentals move quickly, basic follow-up and transparency would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the lack of communication made this a frustrating experience.Prospective renters may want to ensure availability is clearly confirmed before making plans.
I rented an apartment in Brewery town through this company, and they were always reliable. The property was clean and well-maintained, and management was easy to communicate with. Everything is done online through their portal and it is so convenient.. Special thanks to Zoya for resolving the thermost issue so quickly when we moved in.
