I LOVE my Felt Sport-e. I can finally ride with my husband and friends or explore on my own! Yesterday, my bike stopped functioning and I called PHEW. They had me check a couple of things and I was back on the road in minutes!! These folks did such a great job of showing me features and helping me pick out the perfect e-bike...even riding along with me on my test ride. I highly recommend PHEW!
PHEW is a GREAT place with great bikes, great people, and great service. They are so friendly and generous, going so far as to picking up my bike once when I had a flat - wouldn't let me pay for that, only for fixing the flat.
