This is the second time we have worked with Nick over the years, and we cannot recommend him enough. He helped us buy our first piece of property in Philadelphia, and recently helped us sell it 8 years later (very bittersweet). He truly went above and beyond - from recommending tweaks to the listing and work to perform to improve the house. He was attentive, got us showings within a DAY of going live, and we were under contract within a week. Cannot recommend Nick and his expertise enough!

Nick holds an extensive market knowledge, and was very informative about the city and its economic, historic, and cultural aspects. He is also very patient and was able to accommodate last minute showings — an important factor in a busy market. Nick is professional and reliable, and I would work with him again.
