Dr. Phillips is my Primary Care Dr. I have good trust in him, his staff and the SCL network. Everyone at this clinic is exceptional. I stay completely in network which makes a huge difference in the continuum of care for me. Seeing the Dr. is reasonably easy to do- SCL has this tool called MYCHART which my primary uses to communicate with me + my test results get posted along with the ability to better form a snapshot of my health for all the stakeholders on my care team. Dr. Phillips is good,
He was 30 minutes late for our appointment. He talked to me about 10 minutes. Later I got a bill for $338 before insurance. After insurance it was $250. Would not recommend.
