I’ve lived in this complex 3 years now. For the most part it is a quiet, nice area to live. Great location being right outside of boiling springs. They YMCA is less than 5 minutes down the road. Any time I have an issue with anything in my apartment ( which is rare) maintenance address the issue quickly. The inside is small but perfect for my household size. Joyce the apartment manager is helpful and kind. They are income based. Great for single parents, or grandparents with one or two children.
I don't recommend anyone to stay out there the neighbors make many false complaints and they're plotting hard to get all of the young people out of there like some of us don't have a family we have to take care of too smh! Too much drama. If you decide to stay out here keep to yourself and don't get to know your neighbors !
